USA 2008

A group of pilots from Heliflight decided to go to the 2008 Heli Expo Exhibition which this year was at Houston, Texas, USA .  (Our trip was 23rd Feb to 4th March 2008)

They were:- Jon Lane, Philip Price, Nick Dale, Sarah Moore, Carl & Alison Cooper, Clive Jessup and Ken Rutter.

Our first flight was to Big Bear Airport which is 7000 + feet up in the hills, as you can see they still have snow on the ground.

Flying Down Town LA is really good fun.

If you fly along the coast at one point you must be below 150 feet for a shore line transition past LA Airport

We hired some three weel bikes the one day, here Clive had chain problems.

We had a night time flight over LA to Van Nuys Airport for a meal

We visited the Robinson Factory for a VIP tour.
